Amish Paste cooks down to a thick, creamy tomato sauce but also has a surprisingly sweet flavor that can be used for slicing also. Amish Paste tomatoes are acorn shaped, deep red fruits with thick flesh. Amish Paste is an intermediate tomato which means they continue to grow indefinitely until frost.
