Kelsey Dwarf Dogwood, Cornus sericea 'Kelseyi', is a compact rounded shrub with white flowers in the spring that produce small, white berries in the summer. Makes a nice small plant for the shrub border or as a coarse groundcover. Kelsey is a dwarf dogwood that has a compact, rounded shape, making it easy to use in limited spaces.
